Delivery Information

Standard shipping for products available within the Saudi arabia: It is expected that the products will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days. This is the usual method in Palmier and does not require any additional fees or conditions.

Two-day shipping: Depending on the item’s source and shipping destination, two-day shipping may be available in certain areas. It is expected that your items will be delivered within two business days after they are shipped.

Express shipping for select products: It is expected that your items will be delivered within one business day after they are shipped and received by the delivery company, for certain products only.

Fast standard shipping for products available in international warehouses: Palmier also offers fast standard shipping for products outside the UAE to its warehouses around the world (United States, Korea, Hong Kong, Europe) within 7-10 days after the shipping companies deliver your items. (Fees are included).

Please note:

  • Business days typically do not include weekends, but deliveries may occur on Saturdays in certain postal codes.
  • Some items may not be eligible for two-day or express shipping due to size, weight, quantity, delivery address, or seller restrictions.

For express shipping using the fast track for international and domestic shipments, there will be additional fees for the shipment (you will find these above the delivery period for express shipping). Palmier uses its own fleet for international and domestic product deliveries or major shipping companies such as (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, SMSA). When the customer receives the shipment tracking number from any shipping company and experiences a delay in shipping, the customer has the right to visit the shipping company’s website to track their shipment and contact them directly.

What if I receive my shipment incomplete or incorrect?

We apologize in advance, and you have full rights. You will need to send a ticket via email to bandri.a90@gmail.com. Explain what happened, and be sure to attach photos with your request. We will review the request within 48 hours and take the appropriate action, which may include exchanging the products and receiving the items you currently have in stock. We will serve you as required, but we ask that you submit a support ticket. Palmier reserves full discretion to reject the request and close the ticket if the support ticket does not comply with the conditions.

What if I don’t receive my paid shipment?

Shipments will remain with the shipping company for 5 days if you do not receive them. If you fail to receive your shipment for reasons beyond your control or for any other reason such as travel or being busy, we will assist you. The shipping provider will return the shipment to our warehouses. We will store it for you for 7 days in internationally certified warehouses and contact you. If you wish to have it reshipped, there will be an additional fee for reshipping, which must be paid in advance (56 SAR), along with any other delivery fees.
